An Spioraid Naoimh Praying Community was established in 2019. Its mission is to support prayer groups throughout the Diocese of Kildare and Leighlin by providing monthly Retreats focused on Growth in the Holy Spirit or Growth in Holiness. Also, through running annual Life in the Spirit Pentecost Retreats, and biannually, Holy Mass for healing. All of the above activities are advertised on our Event Page. The praying community also provides a Prayer WhatsApp group which solicits prayers from a volunteer list of over 70 members which is now a daily prayer request ministry. This is in response to prayer requests sent into this WhatsApp Group Ministry by member’s and serves the needs of the wider community. We provide a confidential individual prayer ministry at our monthly retreats. We support Mary’s Meals one of the fruits of Medjugorje through a Sponsored 24-Hour Annual Fast which will be held annually on the Friday before the 25th of June or on the 25th if it falls on a Friday.
